katrina...still

Kudos to Anderson Cooper of CNN for continuing to show us the lack of progress in helping those devestated by Hurricane Katrina. How can this government dare to ask for millions of dollars to "promote democracy in Iran" when 45,000 homes have disappeared in St. Bernard Parish...Louisiana. And nothing has been done to clear the refuse of people's homes and lives. We must all call the White House and complain! Of course now that Oprah has done a show there, perhaps the pols will be scared enough to do something.
