courageous women

Women of the Storm,a group of women from New Orleans have come to D.C. to "invite" Congress to visit the devestation. I still cannot believe that what I witnessed after Katrina was happening in this country, and not some third world neglected population. These women don't want us to forget them and I am sad to say that I think we have. Shouldn't we all be calling our Congresspeople telling them it is unacceptable that the richest nation has abandoned a region of our own?
